🔧 Transit Troubles!

Got the EGR valve stripped down on this Ford Transit today — and here’s the culprit 👀 The valve’s been seizing up on the mechanical side, putting extra strain on the motor until it finally gave out.

A good reminder that carbon build-up can cause serious issues over time! Time for a clean-up and a fresh start 💨

The vehicle has been returned to the customer and hes back on the road 💪

ENGINE BAY:
• Brake fluid test and top-up,
• Battery strength test and report,
• Coolant test and top-up,
• Engine oil level and top-up,
• Condition of aux / fan belt,
• Air conditioning

TYRES:
• Tread depth check,
• Condition and age,
• Valves,
• Pressures with top-ups if needed
