✨Midlife & Magnesium✨
Perimenopause & menopause can feel like a mystery.

I always recommend food first, but I also personally supplement with magnesium L-threonate, as it’s easily absorbed and supports brain function.

👉 Boiled Eggs: Simple, portable, and packed with protein—what’s not to love?
👉 Cottage Cheese: Delicious with veggies or crackers for a quick bite.

🥗 Top Salads: Grilled chicken, tofu, hard-boiled eggs, or chickpeas are easy additions.

Progress is Personal!
Progress will look different every day, and trust me—that’s completely okay.
Some days, you’re crushing it; other days, just showing up is the win.
Every effort matters, no matter how big or small!
There are 12 weeks between these check in photo, and I’m genuinely pleased with the progress I’ve made—both physically and mentally.
I’ve worked consistently on my daily habits.
Built strength through a training plan that matches my goals and respects my body.
Focused on elevating areas of my diet to improve my overall well-being and hormone health.
I’ve also been intentional about improving my sleep routine and letting go of setbacks without dwelling on them.
For me, this is all progress that feels good and purposeful!
But remember—your journey is uniquely yours!
Your goals and progress will look different from mine or anyone else’s, and that’s how it should be. 💫 Be true to yourself, follow your own path, and trust that you will succeed.
