Hello everyone!

After an extremely busy end to 2023 (and start of 2024), River House has good availability for the rest of the winter - particularly after the end of January. We can’t promise “winter sun”, but we can guarantee a totally unique experience in a celebrated retro designed home in one of the UK’s prettiest towns.

My love for the 70’s was the inspiration for the interior design of River House - a warm and exciting 3-double bedroomed home. Bold, striking colours, electric disco balls, vintage furniture and many other individual touches throughout the house provide guests with something quite unlike other UK holiday homes.

Set in peaceful surroundings, and just a short stroll from the historic town of Rye East Sussex, the area is blessed with sandy beaches, eclectic shops on cobbled streets, wonderful bars and restaurants, world class vineyards, and countless attractions and events.
