It's always encouraging to read about the increasing body of research and evidence to suggest, what we reflexologists already know from experience; that reflexology can support people's wellbeing and health in all manner of astounding ways. 👣

Spent a truly inspiring day yesterday at the annual Association of Reflexologists conference, celebrating its 40th birthday! 👣

Enjoyed too much tea and cake (as always!) over chats with fellow reflexologists and fascinating talks from Dr Naveed Akhtar of the Integrative Health Convention and Touchpoint.

Feeling so enthused by this wonderful bunch of people, their expertise and their tireless passion for the importance of holistic health that I am here posting on 'socials' for the first time! 👋
