It is safer not to drive in thunderstorms but more often than not you need to or are caught in a storm unexpectedly, and you can do this more safely by:

Checking your wipers are working properly and the blades are in good condition
Slowing down
Using main roads
Using dipped headlights
Giving yourself more time to react on slippery surfaces
Keeping a bigger gap between vehicles
Check your tyres are in good condition and have sufficient tread

As March approaches it’s always an extremely busy time for MOT Tests, and often we are asked to book annual services at the same time. We are pleased to be in high demand however this does mean we book 4-5 weeks in advance so please get your bookings made in plenty of time. We have many customers who book annually and we are happy to help! If you receive a Text reminder for your MOT, call us straight away!
