Exciting Opportunity! We are joining up with Sheffield Doc Fest !
“Something I Want You To Know…” - Our Mini-Doc call for entries is now open!
As part of our ongoing collaboration, Sheffield DocFest and ArtWorks Together are delighted to present our “Something I Want You To Know...” Mini-Doc call for entries!
This call for entries exclusively invites people with learning disabilities and/or on the autism spectrum who are over 18 from across the UK to create original short-form documentaries, shaped around the theme “Something I Want You to Know...”.
🏆 Shortlisted films will be presented at a special showcase screening during Sheffield DocFest on 10th June 2026, where the winner will be announced.

Entries close: 5 May, 2026, at 23:59 GMT
Sheffield DocFest showcase: 10 June, 2026 (tickets available closer to the date)

Join us at the Millennium gallery for a relaxed, art workshop for adults led by a Yorkshire ArtSpace professional artist, supported by ArtWorks artists from our four studios. Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or looking to explore new techniques, this is the perfect chance to experiment and have fun with your creative curiosity weekends in May .
