🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ RACE DAY IS HERE! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has entered this year’s Long Woman’s 5K Road Race & Family Walk. We are absolutely delighted that entries have exceeded all expectations! 🙌💙

We understand that many people have last-minute queries ahead of this evening’s event. While we will do our best to respond, please understand that our focus today has to be on setting up and ensuring everything runs smoothly for everyone attending.

A few important reminders:

📝 Registration will be open from 5:00pm at the Pier.

🎽 If you requested your race number and/or T-shirt by post and have not received it, don’t worry — it will be available for collection at the registration point.

🚍 We can accept a limited number of on-the-day registrations, subject to availability on the buses. We expect demand to be very high, so please arrive early if you are hoping to register today.

🎶 At the start line, we’ll have the fantastic Soundfunction events DJs keeping the tunes flowing and the atmosphere buzzing to get everyone energised before the race! 🔊🎧⚡

🚧 Please follow the directions of our stewards and volunteers at all times. They are there to help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening.

🌅 We are looking forward to welcoming you all to what promises to be a fantastic evening along one of the most scenic routes in Ireland.
