I didn`t see it straight away, I thought we could do it ourselves by working a couple evenings a week.

Then we got busier and busier and before I knew it, we were working 4-5 nights a week.

Business was great but we were exhausted. We were so tired, we couldn't even enjoy how well it was all going. Then things started to go wrong - poor organisation, poor planning and disgruntled clients!

We really should have outsourced our admin/office needs much earlier and we could have avoided a lot of this.
