I’ve loved working with you all – we made it happen together, our role has changed slightly and we’ll now be called Community Partnership Officers working more directly with system wide partners.

Mary Frances Trust are offering a free of charge programme to Surrey Downs residents aged 16+ (https://www.surreyheartlands.org/surrey-downs-gp-practices-and-primary) designed to help local residents build a deeper, more meaningful connection with nature, while also enjoying the many wellbeing benefits that come from spending more time outdoors.
