A wonderful talk this morning at Reigate Grammar School talking to Year 7s about the link between a positive body image and building a healthy relationship with food. There were so many questions which is always so lovely to see such enthusiasm!

The students at Bradfield College did amazingly well to stay with me in the sweltering heat on Wednesday at the end of the day. There were lots of great questions and fantastic energy and enthusiasm for the topic.
