The process from the concept of a build through to construction involves a number of phases.

PHASE 3 - TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
When planning permission has been granted, we can then move to produce detailed technical drawings including roof plans, floor plans and elevations. These drawings are essential to ensure that Construction Contractors are able to more accurately quote for the work and the drawings are also submitted to obtain Building Regulation approval. These drawings are detailed and will include input from external specialists including Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
