Join us for a cuppa and a chat about persistent pain. Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays at 11am - 12pm, at South Bank Library, TS6 6TD. The first one will be held next week on the 5th Feb.

World book night Thursday 23rd April 2026 3pm till 6pm at Locke Park!

Not only will there be free books, activities and story time! Kismet Yoga and StayWise will be joining in all the fun too!

Free family yoga taster session with Lisa- move and stretch to support everyone's wellbeing. No experience necessary.

Rita from Stay Wise will be visiting the park with information for children on how to stay safe at home, what to do in an emergency and she will be bringing a very special guest with her...........Darth Vader.
