Celcom Solutions Global completes 4 years of Operations in India. We had our annual bash Resort on 19th Nov 2016. Had loads of Fun and good interactions with our guests Rajesh - MD Daemon India and Abhishek - Head of Engg Elanic. We also celebrated birthday of Balaji (Founder & Chairman) and other team member birthdays as well.

Vijay Raghavan Kumar joins Celcom Solutions as CEO - Americas. He will lead the Product & Solution Offerings for Telecom OSS & BSS. Vijay will also drive Celcom Solutions - Americas Consulting, Sales and Delivery.

Vijay Raghavan Kumar is a technology and business leader primarily focussed on building telecom practise in multiple organizations in BSS/OSS domain creating and managing large teams delivering Large transformation projects , Product development, Architecture and delivering effective managed services using the onsite-offshore model. Senior Management professional with two decades of cumulative experience in diverse roles spanning Start-ups, Midsized & Large companies across Multi-geographies; Founded on strong technology understanding (Evolved from a Developer to an Architect to being a Technocrat) with a track record of solving complex business & technological challenges to enable sustained organizational success & growth. Self-Motivated, Energetic and empathetic approach to leadership with attention to detail as the foundation. He has executed critical transformation projects in North America , Middle east , Australia , Asia for CSPs in Mobile , broadband , Fixed line , VOIP and IPTV services.
Vijay holds a MBA in Finance and has submitted research papers at IIM on Mergers and Acquisitions and has passion for Academe as well and in his free time conducts lectures in colleges on Finance and works on secondary research in the field of revenue management.
