🚨 Ongoing BT Complaint – Double Billing for 5 Months, No Refund, No Response
I feel I have no choice but to share this publicly after months of being ignored.
Since June 2025, BT has been charging me twice every month for broadband services – one for an old account that should have been cancelled, and one for the new bundle service I signed up for.
Complaint number: IMP-161334876
I have spoken to multiple BT staff, including on 3 November 2025, when I was assured by Krishan Sharma that all issues would be resolved. The only action BT has taken is cancelling the old account.
I have still not received the refund I am owed, and my follow-up emails have been completely ignored.
As a small business owner and a parent of two young children, this situation has caused significant stress, wasted time, and financial loss.
I’m sharing this because no customer should be treated this way, especially after months of trying to resolve the issue through the proper channels.
I hope BT finally takes responsibility and resolves this matter.
