This week in Clean Well-Being classes, we'll be focusing on… lower plank leg raises.
Quite a tricky one if you don't engage your core and continue to breathe. Once you've got yourself into a lower plank, ensure your elbows are directly below your shoulders. Imagine your mid-section is being lifted. Then, when you exhale, lift a heel, then swap legs and lift the other one.
Doing a few of these can bring an instant flush to your face, so remember to keep breathing!
