Cat and I did a thing yesterday… 👀
We may have visited somewhere very special. We may have got a tiny bit excited. And we may be planning something BIG for next year.

Right so we tried a thing.

What followed was me saying “what if the band snaps Caaaaat” — and then promptly being launched backwards
onto her.

You might be under-training if:
– you finish every session feeling fresh
– you haven’t increased load in months
