Regular practice and consistency always yield results. The ability to move with ease comes by moving daily. We are often in a consistent state of physical tension without even realising it. Pause , listen to your body, and take time to move about every day.

Regularly stretching needs to take place and in two forms static and dynamic.
Consistency is the key as it helps to develop gradual and noticeable change in muscles and joints.
Along with stretching , strength training is of great benefit. Particularly when it is done in full range of motion.
