BMW M57 Head Studs - Pre Release Orders

RMJ Developments are proud to bring a much needed solution to the market, A Superior Head Stud kit that is suitable for BMW 3.0L M57N2 / TÜ2 Engines. This is a complete direct replacement kit for the OEM Bolts

Kit Contents:

- 14 x Studs
- 14 x 12 Point Nuts
- 14 x Washers
- Installation Grease (Molybdenum Disulfide EP)

The material choice is H-13 Tool Steel. Which have rolled threads, Cosworth inspired tips, are Heat Treated and finally Micro polished.Yeild tested to 280,000psi+

The 12 Point Nuts and Oversized Washers are CNC machined from 4140 chrome moly bar, then hardened to HRC 45 and then plated for a friction surface and appearance finish.

CNC Aluminium Plate, Plated & with M18x1.5 threaded hole for an array of fittings, AN12 screw in adapter included. AN fitting take off for plumbing suitable pipework to catch-can or replacement/upgraded CCV system. Fitment screws included
