💫Why consultation is the most important part of your microblading treatment.

Microblading is not just a cosmetic procedure.
It is a controlled epidermal implant of pigment and every skin behaves differently.

A professional consultation is where the treatment is clinically planned, not guessed.

During consultation, I analyse:
• skin thickness, elasticity and regeneration rate
• oil production and hydration level
• existing or faded pigment (even from treatments done years ago)
• undertone and melanin response
• facial anatomy and natural brow growth pattern

These factors determine:
✔️ whether microblading is suitable
✔️ which pigment formulation is safe
✔️ how the pigment will heal and age
✔️ whether a cover or correction is achievable
✔️ how many sessions may be required

In cases of old microblading, cover work or annual top-ups, consultation becomes critical.
Residual pigment remains in the skin long after it visually fades and ignoring it increases the risk of colour shift, blurring or poor retention.

High-quality microblading is not defined by the blade alone.
