This feels like winning the World Cup 🏆

One of our patients was kind enough to create this ‘mini Bhavik’!
She got the curly hair too!

Bhavik was ecstatic!

Thank you to our kind and wonderful patients who value what we do!

Is your afternoon coffee hurting your sleep AND your spine? ☕️💤

If you're reaching for that afternoon coffee or filter drip, you might want to rethink your timing. Here is why:

⏳ The "Half-Life" Trap
Caffeine has a half-life of about 6 hours. That means if you drink a strong coffee at 2 PM to beat the afternoon slump, half of that caffeine is still buzzing in your bloodstream at 8 PM! It blocks your brain's sleep receptors, keeping you wired and reducing the deep, restorative sleep your body needs to heal.

🦴 Dehydrated Spinal Discs
caffeine is a very mild diuretic, meaning it flushes water out of your body. The shock-absorbing discs between your spinal bones rely on being fully hydrated to stay "plump" and healthy. When caffeine dehydrates your body, it dehydrates your spinal discs too! This leaves them less able to absorb shock, leading to more compression, stiffness, and back aches when you wake up.

Of course this doesn’t happen just after 1 coffee, but a build up over time.

💧 The Fix:
Try setting a strict 12 PM caffeine cut-off, or switch to something with no caffeine (like Chicory Root) in the afternoon. And always drink an extra glass of water for every coffee you have!
