Stunning home office installation we installed a while back.
When we originally completed this project, we attempted to photograph it ourselves, but the images never properly captured the textures, finishes, and finer details throughout the space. Thanks to you can finally appreciate everything this project has to offer.
Designed within a grand Victorian property with exceptionally high ceilings and ornate original features, this fitted office needed to feel substantial enough for the scale of the room without overpowering the beautiful period detailing.
The cabinetry was carefully designed to sit just beneath the decorative coving so the original character of the property remained the focal point.
External facades were finished in XyloCleaf Primofiore, with Burned Yosemite used internally to add warmth and contrast throughout the installation.
The project is filled with hidden feature, including pull out printer storage, concealed drawers, integrated cable management routes, and large pivot doors that allow parts of the workspace to disappear when not in use.
The space beneath the desk was sized specifically to store the exercise ball our client prefers to use while working, with the pivot doors allowing it to be neatly hidden away afterwards to keep the room feeling clean and uncluttered.
To the entrance sits a full height coat cupboard, while above the main workspace a row of subtly lit smoked glass display cabinets adds atmosphere and depth to the darker finishes.
A project built around scale, practicality, and detail, designed to feel completely at home within such an impressive property.

A few shots from the feature wall we installed last week over in Eccleston.
A classic combination of Premium White Ash and Lancaster Oak brings a timeless feel to the space, with the Lancaster Oak carefully chosen to complement the internal doors throughout the property.
One slight adaptation from the approved design was the introduction of stepped detailing around the fireplace, along with the removal of the lower shelf step to create larger shelving apertures.
The original visuals featured the New Forest fire, which has a much wider frontage. The clients instead chose the Ezeeglow Celestial, a narrower unit, so we introduced the stepped detail to maintain the correct proportions while adding a subtle touch of elegance.
With the extra-high ceilings, a lot of thought went into keeping everything visually balanced. Positioning the TV correctly was key - too high, and it would feel like sitting in the front row of the cinema. The chunky shelving and double-thickness oak surface were intentionally designed to ground the space and keep everything in proportion.
We also had a soil stack in the corner to work around. The clients were keen on symmetry, so we incorporated this into the base units and brought the upper display areas forward. This meant sacrificing a small amount of hidden space, but the length of the room allowed for it without impacting the overall feel.
A genuine pleasure working for this lovely retired couple, who made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful new home.
