The South Ribble Social Prescribing Team are holding weekly drop-in sessions to help you have a happier and healthier life!

📅 Every Friday between 12pm and 2pm
🏢 South Ribble Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland

The team can help with money worries, mental health and wellbeing, employment and new skills, housing issues, diet and exercise, isolation, and loneliness etc.

DanceSyndrome Annual Community Showcase: EXPRESS 26

Please join us on Thursday, 11th June at 7:30pm at Blackburn Empire Theatre for DanceSyndrome's Annual Community Showcase; EXPRESS ʻ26!
This is a two-act celebration sharing inclusive dance pieces for everyone to enjoy.
Act 1 includes performances from DanceSyndromeʼs DS Youth performance collective and group pieces created in Everybody Dance community dance workshops across Lancashire.
In Act 2, DanceSyndromeʼs DS Collective performance company will present “Spectrum: The Colours of Life,” a vibrant dance journey exploring how colour reflects our emotions.
