It is still possible to live well with dementia!

We have a monthly dementia hub at Leyland United Reformed Church, Hough Lane on the first Friday of the month, 10am-12noon for anyone wishing to pop in and receive some information of where to go and who can help.

Our volunteers are Dementia Friends. Alongside the Hub is a social group called NEXT STEPS.

Age UK Lancashire are there for you to meet others in a similar position and benefit from shared experiences, mutual support and social connections.

We are holding an information hub for anyone who would like some advice and direction for someone living with dementia. Lots of information available.
It is being held on the first Friday of the month, 10am-12noon at Leyland United Reformed Church, Hough Lane.

Our volunteers are Dementia Friends. And now alongside the Hub is a social group called NEXT STEPS. Age UK Lancashire are there for you to meet others in a similar position and benefit from shared experiences, mutual support and social connections.

We also have colleagues from organisations specialising in dementia support.
Next one is Friday 1st May 2026.

Just turn up!

 Are you a carer or family member caring about someone living with dementia?
 Are you concerned about a family member or friend and would like help of where to go and who can help?
 Have you had a recent diagnosis and would like to be pointed in the right direction where to go next?

If the answer to any of these is yes, then pop along to the dementia hub at Leyland United Reformed Church on Hough Lane and we have the information to provide to you to help and take away and make contact with the relevant organisation you need.
