Our Olympic Weightlifting class 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♂️ One of our favourites & always fully booked. These classes are smaller due to the quantity of work required & Head coach Marcus strives to ensure the best quality & attention to detail as the movements and techniques are complex and not as easy as they may look.
