Things are getting busy in the Home Room. Today was in for her second week of nutritional consultations. Tomorrow we have in for her specialist Mummy MOTs and muscular skeletal physiotherapy in the morning and in the afternoon we have for clinical psychology appointments. Later in the week we have the brilliant for physiotherapy and for hypnotherapy. Whatever you’ve come to the space for you know you’ll feel relaxed and at home in the aptly named Home Room. There’s a misconception that sports massage is for when you have a sporting injury and that it will probably be painful. Not with our Cheryl! As a Level 5 qualified sports therapist she has a deep understanding of physiology and how to relieve areas of tension which is beneficial whether you do a lot of sport or not. Sports massage can be used to improve range of motion and circulation as well as treating and preventing injuries. She also does hypnotherapy for sporting performance which is pretty cool especially if you’re a pro or budding sportsman/woman. Her diary is usually pretty full but if you’re lucky you’ll catch her on a Monday at the studio in garden room.

When teachers cover classes it often causes unrest. People are creatures of habit and don’t like change when they come to class and teachers don’t like having their classes covered in case they lose them for good. She also teaches a strong vinyasa practice so get ready Tuesday evening yoga goers and Saturday morningers alike!
