This project features a large central island along with extensive storage and worktop space, helping to make the kitchen both highly practical and visually striking within the room.

✨ Kitchen Installation recently Completed.

Designed and supplied by Marco at Magnet Bournemouth.

This project involved extensive preparation works before the new kitchen could be installed, transforming the space into a bright and modern open-plan kitchen area.

Works carried out included:

▪ Removal of existing floor tiles
▪ Floor preparation and self-levelling
▪ Installation of glue-down LVT flooring throughout
▪ Complete electrical rewire of kitchen including new consumer unit
▪ Plumbing alterations
▪ Full plastering works
▪ Installation of the new kitchen and appliances

The end result is a clean, modern kitchen with improved lighting and layout, creating a much more functional and welcoming space for the customer.

✨ Kitchen & Utility Renovation – Completed Last Month

This project involved far more than simply installing a new kitchen. To improve the overall layout and flow of the space, an existing doorway was closed off and a new opening created to better connect the kitchen and utility areas.

Works carried out included:

▪ Closing off an existing doorway and forming a new opening
▪ Electrical alterations and upgrades
▪ Plumbing modifications
▪ Full plastering works throughout
▪ LVT flooring installation across both rooms
▪ Complete kitchen and utility room installation

The result is a clean, modern space with a far more practical layout, giving the customer a kitchen and utility area that works perfectly for everyday living.
