💥💥💥Monday is the best day of the week💥💥💥
🥊 We've had a very fun fuelled day focusing on boxing skills and fundamentals & improving skills and confidence 😍 we also had a sit down and had opportunity to share our stories and feelings about our healing journeys

🥊What a wonderful morning we've had today at HQ!!! 🥊
Today we had a jam packed mixed class which was full of laughter while learning new and improved skills! 🙌🏻
Everyone bought their all today and we left HQ with a skip in our step as per usual😊
