When Lesley first started training, the gym felt like a daunting place — which is completely normal for so many people.
We started with the basics:learning movement patterns, improving form, understanding the machines, and most importantly, building confidence step by step.
Fast forward to today, and the difference is incredible.
From sessions where we were doing just a few movements at a time, Lesley is now completing:• 6 exercises• 18 total sets• 120 total reps• 2,290 kg lifted in one session
But the biggest achievement isn’t the weight lifted — it’s the confidence she’s gained in herself.
Seeing someone walk into the gym more confidently, move better, trust themselves more, and realise what they’re capable of is exactly why I love doing this.
Really proud of all the work Lesley has put in so far, and this is only the beginning.

Alicia has made incredible progress over the past few weeks, and it’s been amazing to watch her confidence grow session by session. Not only is she getting noticeably stronger in the gym, but the improvements are carrying over into her everyday life too. She’s walking quicker, feeling more energised throughout the day, and noticing far less stiffness in her joints and muscles. Exercises that once felt difficult are now becoming more controlled and natural, and her determination and consistency have been outstanding from the very beginning. Considering everything Alicia has been through, the progress she is making physically and mentally is genuinely inspiring, and this is only the start. We keep moving forward, one step at a time. This is my why.
It’s not just about lifting weights and hitting PBS
but more about things outside of the gym like being being able to do this…
To run around, play, lift him up, and never have to say
“not today.”

Ruth and Beth have smashed their sessions! With building strength, muscle endurance, and overall fitness — stronger core, better cardio, more energy.
But what really stands out is how they’ve supported and motivated each other every step of the way.
Sharing wins, pushing each other, even talking about what they’re lifting outside the sessions — it all adds up.
PBs across the board — squats, deadlifts, bench, strict press — session after session.
And through it all, they’ve had fun while
Working hard and making progress.

6 weeks. That’s it.
Darryl didn’t look for shortcuts.
He didn’t wait for motivation.
He just showed up… again and again.
And now it’s paying off.
⬇️ 3.8kg down
⬆️ 2.6kg muscle up
⬇️ 6.4% body fat
But the real win?
Strength.
Stronger lifts.
Better movement.
More confidence every session.
Because when you build strength first…
everything else follows.
Fat loss. Muscle. Energy. Mindset.
This is what consistency looks like.
This is what progress looks like.
No extremes. No guessing.
Just a plan… and executing it.
Track it. Measure it. Celebrate it.

Kerry absolutely smashed it 👏
🏋️♀️ Sn**ch – 30kg x 3 reps
🏋️♀️ Strict Press – 27.5kg x 3 reps
🏋️♀️ Clean & Press – 30kg (3 sets of 3)
This isn’t luck.
This is consistency, effort, and showing up even when it’s not easy.
A few months ago, these numbers weren’t even on the radar.
Now she’s hitting PBs across multiple lifts in one session.
That’s real progress.

Stronger together 🔥💪🏻
Katie & Daryll have been training as a couple for the past five months, and their progress speaks for itself — not just physically, but in confidence, routine, and consistency.
