⛏️ In this talk, Derek Hall and Catherine Smith explore Perth’s past through 50 years of archaeological discoveries. Drawing on key excavations, including Meal Vennel and Perth High Street, they reveal everyday life in medieval Perth, alongside more recent findings from Skinnergate Vennel, uncovering the stories of those who once lived and worked there.

You will deliver a positive visitor experience by creating a welcoming, clean and inviting environment, clearing and washing dishes, serving food, drinks and undertaking varied duties to support the running of the café.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent standards of service delivery to support customer loyalty, exceed their expectations and motivate them to return time and time again.
