That’s what my wild burd pal shouted at me on her way out the market yesterday.

Now, that’s what pals are supposed to do isn’t it? Lift you up, cheer you on and make you smile… even if they are talking absolute nonsense 🤣 but honestly, it made my day all the same. That, and the fact I’d seen her twice in one week! Huge hugs, big smiles and chaotic energy… I’d expect nothing less.

Anyway… our wild burd friend started at the produce stand and picked up some ribs. Excellent choice 👏 Then her eyes darted over to the food trailer and the excitement levels went through the roof because she realised she was getting lunch from us too.

THEN… another squeal of excitement when she spotted we were using Jakesstreetfood sauces 😂 honestly, you’d think she’d won the lottery. The dramatic announcement followed:
“I’M USING HIS BBQ SAUCE I BOUGHT LAST WEEK ON THESE RIBS TONIGHT”

Honestly, the excitement from this gal was absolutely off the scale 🤣❤️

But genuinely, her visit really cheered me up. She’s one in a million and the kind of person everybody needs in their corner. So when I saw the sneaky little video she made of us yesterday, it honestly melted my heart a bit.

Markets are hard work, long days and sore feet… but it’s people like this that make it all worth it.

I swear we have the best customers 😁❤️
