A slightly different post to our usual, but we need your help.

In the early hours of Saturday 9th May, shortly after 2am, one of our company vehicles was deliberately set alight on our site at Auld Bond Road in Perth.

CCTV footage suggests this was intentional, with the van being set alight moments after an individual is observed jumping the heras fencing.

The footage we have shows a person, believed to be male, riding what appears to be a red or orange push bike. They are seen watching the aftermath of the fire and appear to take out a phone to potentially photograph or video the scene. While the footage is not the clearest, we are hopeful someone may recognise the bike, clothing, or movements of the individual shown.

We believe the site was accessed via the footpath to the rear of the site which leads towards the neighbouring area around Matthews Drive but they may also have travelled via the footbridge over the a9 from Inveralmond.

We are asking:
• Does anyone recognise the individual or the bike?
• Do you have any doorbell or CCTV footage from the nearby streets around this time?
• Has anyone seen photos or videos of the fire shared on social media?
• Did anyone see or hear anything suspicious in the area that morning?

Any information, no matter how small, could help identify the person responsible. Please contact us privately or report any information directly to the police on 101 citing our crime reference number of 0499 090526.

We would really appreciate sharing this post to help us identify the individual responsible.

Thank you for your support.

We’re pleased to share progress on our latest project for a long term client in East Perthshire.

We in the process of construction a 1,550 sqm steel framed grain store providing capacity for approximately 5000 tonnes.

With foundations now complete, the steel frame is taking shape marking a key milestone.

Once finished, the building will incorporate a grain intake area and a modern drier facility.

Great to see this one moving forward smoothly under the site management of Craig Nixon and all on track for completion ahead of Harvest.
