🥋I started karate as a shy kid around 33 years ago, confidence was non-existent and the thought of going to anything like a karate class was daunting.

👊🏻That quickly changed and karate gave me huge confidence levels, discipline and belief that I can do whatever I want in life. It’s lead to successful career paths away from the sport, self discipline and an unbelievable stubbornness to succeed and resilience levels to deal with anything life throws at me.

Now approaching my 40th birthday, I’m in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically, I hold not only a 5th degree karate belt (ridiculous at my age) but a 3rd degree Jujitsu black belt and a BJJ blue belt. All because I walked into a karate class all those years ago.
