Full room Internal Renovation and Damp Remediation Project completed in the Perthshire area.

​This project focused on fully resolving severe internal damage from mould and damp.
​The comprehensive internal work completed included:
​Prep & Structure: Demolition, joist repair/protection, subfloor insulation, and the professional application of Dryrod Damp Proofing on three walls to correct a previously incorrect and ineffective injection course.

​Finishes: Full internal build including insulated stud walls, wardrobe construction, walls and ceiling skimming, and fitting new skirtings and architraves.

​Heating: Replacement of pipework and installation of a new triple-panel radiator.

​We execute necessary maintenance and internal repair work with thorough attention to detail.

Full kitchen installation completed this past summer.
​We're showcasing this comprehensive job which included installation of the IKEA kitchen, plumbing work, integrated appliances, new radiator and the final laying of the laminate flooring.
