The one small change I make to my elderflower cordial every year…
Most recipes call for citric acid.
I use apple cider vinegar instead.
It gives the cordial the acidity it needs while keeping the recipe beautifully simple and made with everyday ingredients.
Fresh elderflowers, lemons, sugar and a little apple cider vinegar. That’s it.
