MHAW | Take Action 💚

Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week (11th-17th May). The campaign exists to help us to have conversations about good mental health and to take action to make change for yourself, or to help someone else.

Through the week we will be highlighting some of the ways you can take action, and today we are encouraging everyone to spend a little time being active because physical activity can help:

🟢 Improve mood and energy
🟢 Boost confidence and self-esteem
🟢 Improve sleep
🟢 Give structure and routine
🟢 Create social connection and support
