🚨 We’re Hiring – Events Manager 🚨

Due to a change in circumstances, we’re now looking for an Events Manager to join Bite Me Events and take the lead on a fully booked summer of events ☀️

From our last post, we’ve managed to add to our already strong, reliable team of event staff, and now need the right person to step in and manage, organise, and deliver everything on the ground.

You’ll be running our operations across Bite Me Food Truck and Fuel Me Coffee at some of Scotland’s busiest events — including Music festivals, Highland Games, Race days, and large public events.

🔧 The Role
Managing day-to-day event operations
Organising staff, stock, and logistics
Leading on-site setup, service, and breakdown
Liaising with event organisers and suppliers
Making sure everything runs smoothly under pressure

✅ What we’re looking for

Experience in events, hospitality, or fast-paced environments
Someone organised, reliable, and able to take control
Good with people — both staff and customers
Not afraid of long days and busy events
Driving licence is a must!

This is a hands-on role with a business that’s growing fast and already operating across major events in Scotland.
