At Crossroads Caring for Carers, we provide high-quality respite care that gives unpaid
carers essential time to rest, while supporting people to live full and independent lives
at home and as part of their communities.
We are currently recruiting Home Care Workers to join our team across Perth and
Kinross.
Pay rates
SVQ Level 2 qualified: £14.06 per hour weekdays/£15.06 per hour after 6.00pm on
weekdays and at weekends
Non-SVQ: £13.80 per hour weekdays/£14.80 per hour after 6.00pm on weekdays and at
weekends

About the role
As a Home Care Worker, you will support people in their own homes and in the
community with things like:
• personal care
• daily routines
• activities and social connection
• helping people maintain independence and quality of life
We support older people, children, people with physical disabilities and people with
additional support needs.
Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential - we can provide training and
support you to work towards SVQ Level 2.
Essential requirements
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a car with business insurance for work
• Right to work in the UK• If you do not already hold SVQ Level 2, we will fund you to work towards this
qualification
• PVG Disclosure required
