You don’t have to walk with us folks.
However, if you do find yourself beginning to struggle, fresh air and some gentle exercise, will help you enormously ❤️👌

We meet every Wednesday at 10am, outside Bells Sports Centre in Perth.
The walk & talk is Open to Men and Women, aged 18 and over.
