Prime time for tomato care π
Keep plants healthy by pinching out side shoots on cordon varieties, feeding weekly with tomato fertiliser, and watering consistently to prevent splitting. Harvest ripe fruits regularly to boost production and watch for pests like aphids. A little attention now means a bumper crop later.

Short on space? You can still grow spuds! π₯
You donβt need a big garden to grow your own potatoes just a sunny spot, a large pot or potato grow bag, and some compost. Late season potatoes are ideal for container growing and can be planted now for a delicious autumn or even Christmas harvest.
Simply fill your container halfway with compost, place your seed potatoes on top, cover them, and keep the soil moist. As the plants grow, top up with more compost to encourage a bigger crop.
Happy growing π₯
