Great start to the week here at Rise Up ☀️

We’ve been out travel training, enjoying the sunshine, and getting stuck into lots of creative activities 🎨🌿

It’s been fantastic to see everyone building independence, growing in confidence and supporting each other throughout.

Lots of smiles, positive energy and great engagement all round – a brilliant start to the week! 😊✨

We had a great session at Winners 2000 Fitness Gym in Torquay last week 💪

A group of our clients attended and gave it their all, showing fantastic effort and motivation throughout. It was brilliant to see everyone building confidence, working on their fitness and encouraging each other along the way.

A big thank you to Ethan, the Personal Trainer, who was fantastic – supportive, engaging and really helped make the session enjoyable for everyone.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!

A lovely way to wrap up the week — and January — here at Rise Up Care ☀️

It’s been a great few days with some brilliant activities across the board — swimming sessions 🏊‍♂️, working on independence skills 💪, and building confidence through travel training 🚍. We’ve also enjoyed some time outdoors, including a fun visit to Oldway Mansion and feeding the squirrels 🐿️.
