Dancing through the decades- a fun, feel- good dance adventure for grown- ups! This new year, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to shimmy, shake and groove your way into 2026. From charleston, jive, disco, ‘80’s pop classics and today’s feel good favourites, each week, the music is irresistible and iconic. This class is all about fun, confidence and letting go- no experience necessary. Come dance through the decades with us.. and leave every class feeling fabulous!
