The twelfth man Inn wants to thank you all for the support you have given Mawdesley Cricket Club over the season. It’s been a great season and you have supported us well so we can keep the bar running at the club.

So from all the staff and myself we thank you

Today our 2nd team are hopefully going to get some cricket in for the last game of the season and we will be open all day.

Tonight is our senior presentation night and we are open to late all welcome. We had a great night also last night for our juniors presentation night so thank you once again for your support.

The 1st team are Playing at the rectory field this weekend.

We have introduced Murphy’s Irish Stout this year at the Rectory field. At £5.40 a pint who can say no to that???

Or if you decided to join the club as a bar social member for £12 a year. we will cut that down to below £5 at £4.90.

Murphy's Irish Stout is a dry stout, brewed to be less bitter than its chief competitor, Guinness. It is sometimes described as having a slightly nutty flavour, with "coffee undertones"

Our 2nd team are at home tomorrow against a very strong Lancaster 2nd team. It will be a cracking game of cricket.

Pop over sample our beer whilst you watch a belting game of cricket live!!! Not many pubs have a boundary on their doorstep.

Our 1st team are playing at home tomorrow against Barrow. Bored of sitting in a pub staring at the same 4 walls. Pop over to the rectory field and support the lads and sample our beers and pizzas. Been voted the best ground in Lancashire’s for the last few years.
