Many of us don’t have the privilege of having a tandoor at home and understanding this I have developed a recipe you can all cook at home in the oven. The depth of flavour in tandoori chicken makes this dish ever so popular in every restaurant. The first marinade penetrates the chicken to add flavour throughout the chicken pieces and the second marinade coats the chicken adding a further dimension of flavour.
