Men's Mental Health Month: June Reflection.

June was all about Men's Mental Health Month, and it was a powerful reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as hitting the gym. In a world where men often feel the pressure to ‘tough it out,’ let's keep it real and talk about what’s going on beneath the surface.
Too many of us struggle in silence, feeling like we have to put on a brave face. But guess what? It’s totally okay to let your guard down and share what you’re feeling. This month (July), I want to remind everyone that it’s not just about being strong—it's about being real, especially to yourself.

I ran just under 5k with a 10kg backpack first followed by 👇🏿
10 weighted pull-ups.
20 weighted press ups.
20 weighted squats.
20 V-ups.
5 rounds of all the exercises back to back. Rest at the end of the 20 v ups for 30-60 secs. 🦾🦿
