Swim was brilliant

Bike was good till 100 miles after that get me off of this bike.

Run was good first lap then after that a very dark place till the end

So i like to say thank you to Annie for supporting me around and being part of my life.
Big thank you to the Outlaw Triathlon family again amazing!

So what next big lifestyle change coming again and push forward to be fitter next series.
Yes sign me up again for another Outlaw series.

Three races!

Saturday morning Gravel sprint race with Annie Hardy

One hour after finishing it was Holkham 10k ran with Ginger Endurance Triathlon
Helping a fellow runner get back on their feet.

Sunday Outlaw Holkham Half
Talking to people on the run, and giving this one guy the encouragement to keep going.

Three races one weekend only me and Vernon Anderson completed the three!

I’d like to thank Annie for supporting me throughout the weekend we work well as a team.
