We completed on the purchase of this one at the beginning of October and already the house has been stripped back to a brick shell and new floors, walls and L shape dormer are underway - we will share more of its progress over the coming weeks but for now our plans..

Set in a prime town centre location, this will be converted into a 6 bed HMO to include three studios with their own kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms and a further three ensuite bedrooms, all with access to the spacious communal kitchen diner.
In order to achieve this, we will reconfigure the internal layout, create a rear infill extension and an L shape dormer.
As ever, we will be refurbing this to a very high standard - we are planning for works to be completed in Feb next year and we look forward to sharing the journey with you. 👀

This one has truly been a favourite. Like all our projects, it came with its fair share of unexpected challenges and extra costs — but nothing we couldn’t handle (thanks to a solid contingency plan 💪).
