Perhaps not the most elegant of dormers windows we've ever designed but as the saying goes, "form follows function" and there are times when we need to deliver what the client requires and do our best with the design. This loft conversion creates two spacious bedrooms, lots of storage and a lovely family bathroom. Next project for this client is to knock down the conservatory and build an extension to create an open plan kitchen and family room.

A small front extension we designed makes all the difference to this property and gives it a much more modern look. The staircase wall has been removed to create an open plan living space complete with glass balustrade, under stairs storage and media wall.
