One of the nice things about taking a short break is having the opportunity to get out, relax, and enjoy some great food ourselves.

This week we’ve enjoyed breakfast at Whitney’s, the new little bistro in Sandiacre, sampled a fantastic Turkish lunch at Tipos on Alfreton Road, and treated ourselves to fish and chips at The Ivy in Nottingham.

As people who work in hospitality every day, it’s always interesting to visit different venues, try new dishes, and pick up ideas along the way.

We’re making the most of a few days to recharge before returning refreshed and ready to welcome everyone back on Friday 26th.
