The Reformer Studio, Nottingham in conjunction with , is holding a charity challenge, 24 hours of Reformer this Saturday 30th and I will be aiming to complete 12 hours of instructed classes.

I’ll be doing the night shift to make things even harder 6pm - 6am.

This won’t be easy (one hour is tough enough!) but I am determined to do it.

The classes will be varied including reform body, core, boxing, hiit and dynamic stretching.

We all know people affected by Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer Now believe that by 2050 everyone diagnosed with this disease will survive.

Your donation however small, will help to defeat this awful disease and to prolong the lives of those fighting it.
