A private class for two today.
We cooked a variety of food below:

Sushi - nigiri and hosomaki
Okonomi yaki
Chicken katsu ( not curry!)
Gyoza

They liked okonomi yaki a lot. It contains basic ingredients easily available in the UK but combination and flavour are different and very tasty and very 😋

The first dinner part class today.
We cooked:

Pork katsu donburi
Chicken teriyaki
Grilled mackerel and grated mooli
Fried tofu in dipping sauce

All eaten and satisfied by participants 👍
